Korean Journalists Visit BlueOval SK Battery Park

Glendale, Kentucky - BlueOval SK hosted 21 journalists from Korea at BlueOval SK Battery Park in Glendale, Kentucky on Sunday, Jan. 8, 2023. The group took a tour of the site and received a construction update.

Barton Malow, the general contractor for BlueOval SK Battery Park in Kentucky, made staff available to drive journalists around the property and answer construction questions about the project. Reporters interviewed workers as well as SK On and BlueOval SK representatives. 

Construction remains on schedule for battery production to begin in 2025.
