First Piece of Structural Steel Installed at Kentucky #2

Glendale, Kentucky – Our construction partners at Barton Malow installed the first piece of structural steel for Kentucky #2 at BlueOval SK Battery Park in Glendale, Kentucky on Monday, June 13, 2023.

The site will be home to twin battery plants that will produce advanced batteries for future Ford and Lincoln vehicles.

Construction is on schedule and battery production is slated to begin in 2025.
